This is a beautiful property situated in a small hamlet within 1 mile of the village of Fougerolles du Plessis. The site contains many mature trees and stands in approximately one third of an acre so not too large to maintain.
The house is fully renovated with exception of the main reception room which does need to be completed although it does have a new stone fireplace and wood burner. There is an excellent local artisan who could carry out the work for this room and we would be happy to obtain a quote or put the buyer in touch with him. The reason it has not been completed is down to my husband's health issues. Sadly also reason for selling.

Location rural but not isolated, total of 10 houses in hamlet but spread out. Lovely area and within 90 minutes of Rennes, Le Mans and Dinan. Mont St Michel within 1 hour. Traditional French market every Wednesday at St Hilaire du Harcouet, very popular only 8 miles away.
