The bungalow is situated about 15 minutes walk from the small Spanish town of Oliva and about 20 minutes walk from miles off blue flag beaches,marina,seafront attractions and restaurants. The bungalow is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac lane with five other properties.

This area is called the garden of Spain and was drained and planted to citrus trees by the Moors. One of the largest underground freshwater lakes in Europe supplies irrigation and household water to the property. This garden was further improved by the addition off 18 inches of topsoil over the whole plot by the previous Spanish owner.
This is a good opportunity to acquire half an acre of excellent soil with unlimited clean water and a year round growing climate. A small business could be made from growing say rare climbers or other plants which are rarely seen in Spain but have a good market in garden centres. Propagation facilities to propagate most plants are already in place.
The climate here is subtropical with a very infrequent frost. The vegetable garden is made up of raised beds for ease of working and good drainage during heavy rainfall. A complete irrigation system is installed with the necessary pump and filters. This system also waters the greenhouse from 1 to 4 times daily depending on the season.

There are many varieties of fruit in the garden. Many varieties off oranges have been planted to extend the season from mid November to mid May. Lots of apples, plum, avocado, fig and nectarine have been planted. Four year old trees of macadamia, lychee and mango are doing well. Many varieties of grapes have also been planted.

We are situated about 3 miles from junction 61 of AP7 motorway and about 1 mile from 19 miles off safe sandy quiet beaches. The shops supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, clinics of Oliva are half a mile away. The property is close to many flat cycle tracks leading to the small coastal resorts. A restaurant and bar EDEN is approximately 500 yards from the property.
