A spacious first floor studio apartment in a traditional stone / timber swiss chalet. The studio is approx. 30 square metres with a very long balcony approx. 10 square metres. ( 6.6 x 1.50 ). The studio is fully timber clad and excels in warmth and character. It has been refurbished to a high standard and in our opinion it is ready to move into immediately without undertaking any work whatsoever.

We have a dining area incorporated next to kitchen area.
The living area comprises of a new cream leather sofa which can convert to a standard size comfortable double bed.
We have a cream leather reclining chair with matching foot stool.
We have a range of professionally fully fitted space saving furniture which comprises of double wardrobe, single wardrobe with 4 drawers, tv / storage unit, open ended storage unit, 2 full size single, comfortable integral beds including full size mattresses which fold neatly back to wall when not in use. The studio can comfortably sleep up to four people.
The floor area is fully carpeted.
The studio is central heated with radiator and very warm in the winter months.
It has full double glazing to windows and French doors.
We have a separate bathroom with window which gives view of side garden and barbeque area.
We have a full size bath with shower, vanity top with inset wash basin and an illuminated mirrored bathroom cabinet.
We have a storage unit which sits neatly under vanity top comprising of drawers and shelf.
From the balcony we have extremely wonderful unobstructed views of the eiger, monch and Jungfrau Mountains as well as numerous surrounding mountains within the Jungfrau region.
The balcony also overlooks a beautiful very large garden area with numerous shrubs and trees which belong to the chalet.
We have a fully fitted wind out canopy/awning which works perfectly. We have a range of furniture which we use on the balcony.
The position of the studio is north east which means you can enjoy an early morning full sunrise and then enjoy the full sun until between 1 and 2 pm.
The studio has its own private cellar with free standing zip up wardrobe ( good for ski wear and boots etc. ), storage space for skis, shelves for food supply, wine rack, suitcase storage and utility storage.
The studio has a large communal wash room which has a washing machine, drier, sink and clothes maiden. You are able to use this on a day or days of your choice.
The studio has its own private parking place which is opposite the garden tree bench and for a quick sale this is included in price.
There is a communal stone built outdoor bunker /shelter which is also used for storage eg tools, vegetables, bicycles.
There is also a large bicycle shed within surrounding garden area.

It is situated within walking distance of the ski lift, however, there is a free courtesy ski bus which takes only 2 mins which picks up and drops off just behind chalet.
It is only a 12 minute drive down into Interlaken by car and there is also a local bus service which runs regularly and is very reliable.
There is a bus stop and pub restaurant within 3 mins walking distance.
There is a local grocery shop within five minutes walking distance.
To walk into the centre of beatenberg would take about twenty minutes. Here you will find a doctor, swimming pool, ice skating rink, various restaurants, tourist information office, shops etc. You can also take the bus from just outside the chalet within 3 mins walk.
The studio comes for sale fully furnished with absolutely everything included in the price including pots, pans ,cutlery , dishes, flat screen tv/dvd player etc.
It is ready to move into as a home or as a holiday home.
This property is available to buy to swiss or non swiss residents.
