A four bedroomed triplex semi-detached summer home in Kusadasi, Turkey near to the beach. The house is air conditioned and in a quiet residential area on the coast and close to the famous ladies beach. The National Park 'Milli-Park' is close enough and can be easily reached by car or local bus.

The centre of Kusadasi with it's famous 'Bird Island' and Marina is popular with visiting cruise liners. It hosts restuarants, bars and shopping centres all just a 5 minute drive from the house or a 10 minute local bus ride. The world famous Efesus is in nearby Selcuk, along with other historical places of interest. Europe's largest Aqua-park is also easily reached in Kusadasi.

The home is fully furnished including all applinces, furniture, etc. All in clean and good working order as only bought from new in 2006. We have strong connections to Kusadasi through our Turkish roots and the home is taken care of and maintained throughout the year by our Turkish family. All the bills are kept up to date and we own the property outright. We have the Tapu which is the Turkish Title Deed.
If you don't own a property in Turkey already it will take about 3 months to get your clearence for ownership so you would need to pay a deposit to hold the property. There are English speaking Turkish Lawyers in Kusadasi, and we would be willing to help you too with all you would need to do to set up home. Our own use of English and Turkish
language will enable a smooth transition.

When Turkey joins the EU this will more than double in price so this is a very good investment. We have a genuine reson for selling at this time or I would wait untill the market improves.
