The House
The house has a large living room/ kitchen 3 bedrooms, (2 of which are caves) a utility room and a bathroom. It also has 2 terraces and an outside store. The main feature of the house is its amazing views across the town and valley and up to the castle.It is in need of some repairs, but cost should be no more than €5-€10,000 to have a lovely little house in a superb position. All sensible offers will be considered.

Accommodation
The house was renovated with new electrics and plumbing about 5 years ago.. The floors and terrace have all been newly retiled, and most walls have been replastered or tiled.

The Town
The town of Mula is in South East Spain in the Murcian region about 30 minutes drive from the city of Murcia and an hour's drive from the coast. It has a population of about 15,000.

The Area
The house is on the edge of the town, 5-10 minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants in one direction and a similar distance from country walks in the other direction.

Access
There are various parking areas within 100-200m of the house. There is a steep climb to the house, but the views make it well worth it.

Please Note
The house recently suffered a break-in and the main door as well as the bathroom suite and kitchen units were removed. This is reflected by the price, which has been more than halved. The house will need to be secured and some repair work done to bring it back to a habitable state.

Costs
The local taxes are about €90 a year, water about €60 a quarter and electricity about €6 per month depending on usage.
