A lovely very well kept home located a few minutes from the seaside, in a private residence with heated communal swimming pool and security guard. 3 bedrooms 2 doubles and 1 room 2 singles , 2 bathrooms. We are situated in a beautiful hamlet called St Arnoult yet only 2.5 km to the stunning beaches and chi chi towns of Deauville and Trouville. Only 3 minutes away from the golf course and a whole parade of shops 2 minutes walk. . Boulangerie, Charcuterie, cafe bar, brasserie, fish restaurant, pizza for takeaway and more.
The large open plan ground floor comprises of a living room with working fireplace and american kitchen. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. There is also parking spaces at the front of the house.
