This beautiful, much loved property is a fantastic home from home, ideal for a large family who enjoy entertaining with stunning panoramic views. We have owned this beautiful old farm for 18 years and it is with great reluctance that we have to part with it due to our relocation to South Africa and inability to visit France as often. We have a lady who manages the house for us so it is very much a lock up and go and hand over the key.

It comprises the main house, originally dating back to c. 1680, with later guest bedrooms and large games room added in late1990s. The main home comprises large open plan kitchen with wood-burner stove, dining room, stone walled sitting room, a downstairs twin room with shower/toilet, a lock up walk in larder, utility area with washing machine/tumble drier, guest toilet, large games room and two guest double bedrooms with bathroom, shower and toilet. Upstairs there is a master bedroom, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom, a twin (bunk) room and the 'dorm' comprising 4 single beds with a bathroom and toilet. Outside the kitchen there is a large grassed BBQ area with wooden table and a garage/store room. The grounds are extensive (1.7 ha), and the property has verandahs with stunning views extending right across the valley towards the villages of Cours, Laugnac and beyond.

To the far side of the property are some ruins which still retain some of the original features. The gardens are expansive, mainly laid out to lawn and adjoin open fields. Below the house is a further garden, overlooking a farm below and open fields.

This property is totally private, well set back from the road, down a long, private lane, either side of which are old prune and apple orchards.
