This pet friendly 3 bedroom coastal house is gofers paradise, set in a nature conservancy in the private small village of Southbroom on the Kwa-Zulu Natal Coast.
Southbroom's main attractions is it championship golf course with tees overlooking rocky outcrops, and holes set amongst the tropical green lush palms and coastal forest. There is access to two stunning sandy beaches on the Indian ocean with all year round swimming and life guards, including nature trails and walks taking you exploring this beautiful coast line. Extending out from Southbroom are four other fabulous golf courses and close by villages to explore, casino and waterpark for kids. The annual sardine run passing through this area annually bringing conservationist and divers to the area to witness this spectacular event.
Downstairs the house is light airy and open plan with large dinning area, lounge, kitchen with separate scullery. Downstairs guest toilet and glass enclosed veranda opening onto the garden with additional dining space. There are is double automated garage with storage, fully alarmed house and garden and is in a security complex for lock up and go. The Garden is private and walled and sea facing overlooking the nature reserve finishing off with panoramic sea views (we watch the whales jumping from our balcony).
Upstairs is air-conditioned in each bedroom with main suite with walk in wardrobe area, en-suite bathroom, private balcony sea facing. We have a large open hallway with two additional bedrooms and shared bath & shower room.
